College Boulevard Animal Hospital has been a trusted part of the Overland Park community since 1985. For over four decades, we've been in the same building on College Boulevard, taking care of dogs, cats, and exotic pets for families across Johnson County. The families who walk through our door aren't just clients—they're our neighbors, and many of them have been bringing their pets here for generations.

A lot has changed in veterinary medicine since the mid-1980s, and we've kept pace every step of the way. Our clinic is equipped with digital radiography, dental X-rays, ultrasound, and a full in-house laboratory for same-day bloodwork. When your pet needs answers, we don't send samples to an outside lab and ask you to wait—we run them here and review the results with you before you leave.

We're a two-doctor practice, and that's by design. Dr. Pippin and Dr. Baird know every patient by name. They know which dogs get nervous on the exam table, which cats prefer a quiet room, and which bearded dragons like to be held. That kind of familiarity isn't possible at a large corporate clinic, and it's something we'll never give up.

Our surgical capabilities include orthopedic procedures, soft tissue surgery, mass removals, and routine spays and neuters. We also provide comprehensive dental care with full-mouth digital dental X-rays—something many general practices still don't offer. For exotic pet owners, we're one of the few clinics in the area that routinely sees rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, bearded dragons, leopard geckos, snakes, turtles, and tortoises.
